We offer the following payment methods. Just choose the payment method that suits you best. The shipping costs are partly dependent on the selected payment method.

Please note, however, that we can currently only offer payment by credit card, ShopPay or PayPal for our savings plan.

The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.

The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price; they can be called up via the "Shipping costs'' page, are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition. The invoice will be sent by e-mail.

However, it is good to know that there are no delivery or shipping costs for packages sent under the savings plan. This saves you even more money!

In cooperation with Klarna we offer the following payment methods: Klarna Invoice: Payable directly to Klarna within 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice will be issued when the goods are shipped and sent by email. You can find the invoice conditions here. Please note that this payment method is not available in Switzerland.

When shopping online, simply pay as you are used to. With your online banking data and maximum security via PIN and TAN. Thanks to a real-time transaction confirmation to the shop, an immediate dispatch of your ordered goods is possible. Please note that this payment method is not available in Switzerland.

Klarna's flexible installment purchase allows you to pay your bill at your own pace. You decide how much you want to pay each month. Please note that this payment method is not available in Switzerland.

Klarna payment methods require you to be of age.

If you have problems paying with a Klarna payment method (invoice, instant bank transfer, hire purchase) - for example, you are shown the message: "Unfortunately, we cannot process this purchase via Klarna. Please select an alternative payment option to complete your order." - please contact Klarna directly if this occurs repeatedly.
